About M&M Excavation Company and our team:

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Heavy duty truck &  Equipment such as: HVAC systems, engine work, fuel systems, electrical  systems, transmissions, cooling systems, & DOT Inspections.
Welding and fabrication are beneficial but not mandatory, we are always willing to give on the job training and guidance.

Must Have:
– Valid Driver License
– Heavy Duty Mechanic Experience
– Have your own tools
– Have a good attitude
– A CDL is a plus but not a requirement
– Finish work in a timely manner and above all producing quality product
– Be dependable and on time
– Be a team player
– Knowledge and diagnostic skills
– Available
– Mon-Fri 6am to 5pm
– Be willing to work a rotating Saturday schedule
– 40 hours per week Minimum
– Overtime Available

Must Pass:
– Physical
– Drug Screen
– Background Check
– MVR Check

At M&M Excavation you will be operating newer and well-maintained  equipment. You will work alongside a great team of motivated colleagues, some of which have been here for 20+ years.
We are looking for a team members that have the ability to proficiently operate any of the following heavy equipment blade, loader, dozer, scraper, and excavator.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
– Operate blade, dozer, scraper, excavator, loader and other equipment as needed.
– Must be able to read plans and transfer grade elevations from plans to field.
– Supervise trucking and other operations on jobsite.
– Oil, grease and/or make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed
– Follow all company policies & procedures
– Responsible for filling out daily JSA’s, equipment sheets & field work tickets.
– Any additional job tasks that may come up in the course of your work

Must Have
– Valid Driver License
– Experience Heavy Equipment

– Background Check
– MVR Check
